• A cancellation request must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.
• The refund is applicable for approved cancellation request raised within 48 hours of the transaction.
• You are eligible for the refund when you have made the transaction mistakenly or twice for our test packages. Moreover, you must have the confirmation of your transaction.
• 30% cancellation charges will be applied of the total paid amount.
• No request will be entertained and no money is refundable if the tests are used.
• Post approval of the cancellation request, you will receive refund within 48 hours.
